Eric has over twenty-five years experience as a consultant and research provider in the market research industry. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in the applying various market research methodologies to assist organizations in their decision making.

Eric is a professional researcher specifically trained in the application of management and marketing principles to the research process.  His many years of experience as a consultant with a wide variety of clients in telecommunications, transportation, retail marketing, health services, lotteries and gaming, customer satisfaction and customer services programs have equipped him with him with a strong professional background applicable to any research problem. His innovative approach to marketing has won the company many repeat customers.

Having moderated over 1,000 focus groups over his career as a researcher, Eric has also established himself as one of the most sought-after moderators in Canada, with the reputation of producing top-quality, measurable results. His ability to develop an easy rapport with diverse groups of people leads to superior results and has made Eric the preferred moderator for several clients. As one of the few male moderators in Canada, he has particular success when dealing with groups investigating sports-oriented concepts or products targeted at a young, male market.

Aside from the demands of guiding the daily operations of his busy firm, Eric has taught focus group moderation skills and theory to students in the Management Studies program at the University of Winnipeg. His skills as a consultant and a moderator have also been sought by the Faculty of Management at the University of Manitoba.
